The HyGenikx Air and Surface Sanitisation System removes harmful viruses and bacteria from the air and on surfaces improving hygiene and cleanliness. The HyGenikx covers a wide range of sanitisation applications, including communal areas, kitchen and food preparation areas, toilets, changing rooms and refuse/bin stores. HyGenikx is a compact wall unit that can be plugged into a standard electrical socket or wired into a fused spur. How does a HyGenikx Air Surface Sanitiser work?
In 8 Hours, a single surface or airborne micro can multiply to over 8 Million, meaning that health risks and odours remain a major problem. The HyGenikx unit uses a combination of advanced technologies, UVGI and Titanium Dioxide to create disinfecting Plasma Quatro which kills harmful viruses. Standard room cleaning and disinfecting procedures can only offer a temporary solution, but HyGenikx air surface sanitiser is continuous, operating 24/7.

The HyGenikx ‘F’ range are designed for food preparation areas and food storage, including chilled food storage areas. The 'F' range is ideal for busy kitchen areas as there are no moving parts and includes a shatter-proof food safety Lamp in compliance with kitchen regulations. The Units ability to neutralise bacteria and fungi removes odours from the kitchen space with the added benefit of extending the shelf life of fresh food. HyGenikx also plays a key role to protect your kitchen operation from cross contamination as the air from the unit lands on exposed surfaces acting as a surface sanitiser, again, neutralising volatile organic compounds and unwanted bacteria. Dual Waveband
A very small volume of ozone is released as a by-product of the combination of technologies used. This unique combination of technologies is guaranteed to both achieve results and be completely safe in operation. In every case the ozone levels present fall well below the lowest international safety levels worldwide (World Health Organization - 0.05ppm), as stipulated by EUOTA. This has been verified for all unit variations with independent laboratory testing carried out by “Odournet”.

World Health Organization – Continuous occupation desired level – 0.05ppm
The US OSHA [Occupational Safety Health Act] website cites several ACGIH (American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists) guidelines for ozone in the workplace:
