At Mechline we spent Friday morning grilling, frying, toasting and passing the jam for Britain’s Biggest Breakfast.
Everything stopped for an 8.30am-sharp breakfast buffet, staff from Warehouse Operatives and Directors to Finance and Marketing departments all got involved, in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Kristian Roberts, Marketing Manager commented; ‘Historically at Mechline we have been involved in a variety of charity activities. This year the staff from across the business have nominated their chosen charities for the year and we will be supporting one per month.
Cancer Research UK came out top of the list and is close to the hearts of many of the staff at Mechline who all contributed their favourite breakfast items to a big team get together on Friday. One lucky customer popped in to collect and order and found himself joining in with a hot bacon sandwich.’
