It’s been a big year for us, with two international shows, packaging overhauls, continuous testing and certification, and the development of new products ready to kick off the new year! 2024 also marked 40 years since Mechline began (in 1984)!
Here’s some of our most memorable moments from the last 12 months:
1. International Shows
This October / November we were busy showcasing Mechline overseas! We had two teams head off to different parts of Asia— the UAE and Singapore—to expand our international presence and connect with businesses based in the MENA and APAC regions.
The stand attracted lots of interest from operators, consultants and contractors, with our hygiene products (HyGenikx, new fly killers, and grease management solutions) and water products creating the biggest buzz.
Distributors were particularly keen to learn that Mechline products come pre-assembled and fully tested before they go out – they really appreciated the value added by cutting down installation time! We had some great conversations and have been overwhelmed with the feedback and response by people who attended.
2. Packaging Reviews
This year we amplified our green status by reviewing the packaging of our products. For example, we replaced the fluid boxes for our award-winning GreasePak (FOGS management solution) to make it 100% recyclable.
Featuring less packaging in total, which itself is made from responsibly sourced paper, the new boxes complement GreasePak’s environmentally friendly Class 1 biodegradable bio-fluid, providing customers with an overall more sustainable product. Learn More
3. Charity Support
As always, an important part of our year was our commitment to good causes. Every month at Mechline, we support a different charity, which is put forward by our staff. We also encourage the team to take part in fundraising events and give their time, where possible, to improve the lives of others. This year, Team Mechline have supported:
