Many people in our industry have been through enormous upheaval the last few years, and current and future uncertainties continue to take their toll. With this in mind, instead of sending Christmas cards, we wanted to show our support for Hospitality Action and The Burnt Chef Project.
Hospitality Action
Hospitality Action has been supporting the UK hospitality industry since 1837: for a long-time providing pensions for retired workers, and now, focusing on financial grants, counselling, and advisory support. It has helped countless individuals and their families in times of hardship, whenever times get tough.
We think the work of Hospitality Action is nothing short of incredible and are proud to support them for the third year running.

The Burnt Chef Project
The Burnt Chef Project is specifically focused on mental health issues – on raising awareness, providing support, and improving education. Why? Because results of studies show that 4 out of 5 (of 1273 respondents) experienced 1 or more periods of ill mental health as a result of their role within hospitality.
The Burnt Chef Project provides free-to-access mental health training and useful resources to help all those in hospitality get rid of the mental health stigma and prioritise people’s wellbeing.
