Future Focus: New Products Leading the Way
This year, we introduced advanced solutions designed to make kitchens safer, smarter, and more efficient. Our TX-i Intelligent Sensor Tap combines responsive technology with water-saving features to support sustainability and hygiene. We also launched two Fly Killer solutions to help operators maintain the highest food safety standards—plus an eye-opening animation that highlights the hidden risks posed by flying insects.
Sustainability Milestone: ISO 14001 Certification
As we wrap up the year, we’re proud to celebrate a major achievement: ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification. This milestone reflects our commitment to reducing environmental impact and building a greener future. From introducing more sustainable packaging to replacing paper manuals with digital alternatives, every step we take is focused on long-term responsibility and improvement.
Global Presence and Industry Engagement
2025 has been a year of global engagement! We kicked off at ScotHot in Scotland, showcasing hygiene-led solutions for evolving operator needs. At HOST Milan, we reinforced our leadership in foodservice innovations, supporting European dealers in hygiene, FOGS management, and water efficiency—alongside our new Brand Development Director, Gary Thacker. Next, we’re off to Singapore for FHA Food & Hospitality in April.
FOGS Focus: Working Together for Clarity
Managing Fats, Oils, Grease and Starches (FOGS) has remained a critical challenge for operators, and this year we took a proactive approach by hosting an industry roundtable to provide clarity on grease management requirements. The discussion brought together experts to share insights and best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the sector.
Star Case Study: The Lookout Café — BioCeptor enhances sustainability and efficiency

Solution: The Lookout Café installed BioCeptor with GreasePak dosing and BioBricks to naturally break down fats, oils, grease, and starches.
Outcome: Odours were eliminated, grease build-up reduced by over 75%, and maintenance became simpler and more eco-friendly—helping the team focus on delivering great dining experiences. Read more here.
