Standard Mechline Order Procedures ()

To ensure the accuracy of orders, Order Acknowledgement forms are processed and faxed to the fax number on file for the company. (See sample below.) If you have not received an Order Acknowledgement on the day you placed the order, please contact the office to be sure your order was received.
We ask that you check this fax to ensure your order has been entered correctly and is set up to deliver at the right time and to the right address. If any concerns with the Order Acknowledgement form, please contact MECHLINE immediately so that the matter can be corrected.

Delivery Policy


On every order, please indicate on what day your order is needed. Every effort is made to process orders on the day they are received, however for orders received after 3:00 pm, they are processed on the following weekday.
Standard delivery is delivered in 1 to 2 days at the prevailing rate. If your order is urgent, please contact the office to ensure your requirements are known. Extra costs are incurred for guaranteed next-day deliveries, 'specifically timed' deliveries, ‘special orders’, or consignments “over water”. Please contact the office to determine these special circumstances as it varies depending on location, size and weight of shipment.
Four (4) Carriage Methods:
- Standard Delivery (cost added to Product Order)
To arrive within one or two days from date of despatch—NOT guaranteed next day (weekdays only) up to 5:30 pm.
- Next Day, before 12:30 pm (cost added to Product Order)
Guaranteed next day, to arrive in the morning before or by 12:30 pm.
- Next Day, before 10:30 am (cost added to Product Order)
Guaranteed next day, to arrive in the morning before or by 10:30 am.
- Next Day, before 9:00 am (cost added to Product Order)
Guaranteed next day, to arrive in the morning before or by 9:00 am.
If Proof of Delivery is required, please contact Mechline at least 3 days from date of shipment so that the product can be tracked and credit can be raised, if applicable.
