GIS Product Update:

HSE is issuing a statement regarding GIS units and override features via catering information sheets (CAIS). The updated CAIS 23 will require all interlock systems have NO overide. Therefore, any products offering a timed override or manual override will become obsolete. In reaction to this mandate, Mechline will discontinue offering its models with override features. To help operators ensure reliability of service, Mechline can recommend fitting its Fan Power Sensor. Further developments to improve GIS units are underway, as well. As soon as more information is available, we will let you know.
